In our pursuit of engaging with and supporting our local community, we are creating a monthly spotlight on our blog and social media called "FIT4MOM for Equity". We will be highlighting area businesses, organizations, and programs that are working to bring equity to everyone living in the Grand Rapids area.

Spectrum Health MOMS Program

Few things are as life-altering as becoming a mother. As you already know, FIT4MOM's main focus is to create a community of moms and we are always thankful and excited to learn about programs such as MOMS (Mothers Offering Mothers Support), a program through Spectrum Health.

Spectrum's MOMS and Maternal Infant Health Programs offer an extensive collection of services, including:

• Locating community resources for your specific needs
• Finding healthcare services and coverage
• Preparing for childbirth
• Home visits after baby is born
• Breastfeeding support
