We will have a playtime for the kids so you can focus on chatting with Rise Wellness.

Annual Cookie and Book Exchange December 23rd

Join us for our annual cookie and book exchange. This is a favorite so make sure to mark your calendars!

Bring 1 -2 dozen cookies (labeled and any allergies made known)

Bring a container to take cookies home in

We will aside the children with a friend (similar age if we can) to. then bring a wrapped book for!

FIT4MOM Holiday Party January 17
