Welcome to the final Monday of October and another Meet Our Village Monday feature! It's so hard to believe that November is just a couple days away, isn't it?? Well, before we get overwhelmed that Christmas is less than two months away (yikes!), let's take some time to get to know more about the fantastic Becky Williams today! Enjoy!
How long have you been with FIT4MOM?
I have been with FIT4MOM for almost a year now.
In what way(s) have you participated in FIT4MOM (Fit4Baby, Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, BodyBack)?
I've only been a part of Stroller Strides. Thinking about trying a Stroller Barre class soon!
Tell us about your family.
I have 2 daughters- Maggie is 2 1/2 and Riley is 16 months. I also have 2 dogs (a beagle and a pit bull) and a cat!
What is one thing you love about Stroller Strides/Stroller Barre/Fit4Baby/BodyBack?
One thing I love about Stroller Strides is the enthusiasm all around.
My favorite exercise is lunges. There's always a burn!
My favorite food is trail mix.
What are some things you like to do outside of exercising and being a mom?
There's not much I do outside of being a mom, I like to read in silence every now and then.
What do you do for work or what did you do before baby?
For work I work 2 days a month at MOPS. I also grocery shop & cook meals for a family.
Have you played any sports in the past or what sport would you like to learn?
I played soccer, softball, volleyball, and field hockey in the past. I'm open to learning any new sports!
What is a piece of advice you can pass on to fellow moms?
One piece of advice I'd pass on to moms: whatever you're going through with your kids (like not sleeping at night!), it doesn't last forever!
