Introducing....Body Well! (+ Something Delicious)

We are so excited to be welcoming Body Well to FIT4MOM Grand Rapids! We have never believed moms need to get their "body back" after pregnancy which is why FIT4MOM is evolving our Body Back program and changing the name to Body Well. Wellness comes in all shapes and sizes; at all ages and stages of motherhood. Nourishing your maternal mental and physical health is more important than ever. At FIT4MOM, we celebrate moms' sense of self-worth, honoring women's' bodies, inside and out. This 8-week program is focused on nutrition, movement, body positivity, and self-love with a welcoming, supportive community of fellow moms.

What can you expect during these 8 weeks?

  • Recipes + meal planners
  • Community-based workouts
  • Weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better

✨Peach Smoothie ✨

  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 peach, chopped
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 3 TBSP tahini (or substitute with a nut butter of your choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of ice

Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
